Dear WSU High Program,
Thank you. Thank you for allowing me to be the receiver of your award. It is extremely helpful not having to worry about how I will afford parking around WSU. As you know, parking structure prices are not extremely high, however, paying multiple times per week, for a coveted structure parking space, becomes expensive quickly. The peace of mind you have granted me is helpful in many ways. I do not have to rush to campus just to find a cheaper spot that is a mile away from my class, then spend time walking to class from the distant parking spot. Often times before class, I am freshly off of working and do not have time to search for a parking spot that is far and less expensive. Being able to have the money to park closely is not easy either. Because I only work part time, I have to budget for parking and gas. There are weeks that I cannot afford both and sometimes, neither, and I must rely on the help of others to get to school. Having this award eases that burden that I am to others and ensures I will not have to choose between gas and parking. Words cannot express enough how thankful I truly am and I cannot describe in enough detail how much you have helped me. Thank you so very much. I am humbled and grateful.
