Terry Merritt is the Senior Vice President for Walbridge. Terry has been with Walbridge for more than 33 years. As Group Vice President she leads the Human Resources, Recruitment, Organizational Development, Quality & Sustainability, Corporate Communications and Information Technology departments. Merritt has extensive experience in designing competency-based selection and compensation/reward systems, developing performance measurements, and designing employee training and development. She is responsible for developing and deploying strategies to ensure the organization has the requisite competencies, functional skills, and succession plans to support and achieve the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Merritt has previously served as a board member for Haven, Inforum Center for Leadership and Michigan Women's Foundation, among others, and has served on numerous professional and civic boards.
