Pearlanne Pollard

Pearlanne Metoyer-Pollard is the National Uverse Retention, Center Sales Manager for AT&T, in Port Huron, Michigan.  In this role, Mrs. Pollard has the responsibility and oversight for operations of the call center which services customers throughout the United States.

Prior to joining the Customer Contact Centers for AT&T, Mrs. Pollard was a Leadership Development Manager for AT&T.  Her obligation was to ensure upper management with AT&T, was equipped with the tools to undergo change which allowed them, to improve, enhance and transform their personal and business lives.  Mrs. Pollard designed and delivered, instructional material used in the Leadership Development Program, her creative, interactive style earned her Key Contributor Awards in 2011 and 2012.

Mrs. Pollard graduated from Baldwin High School at the age of 16.  She continued her education at Ferris State University and graduated from Western Michigan University with a BS in Criminal Justice.  Mrs. Pollard became an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

In 1997 Mrs. Pollard founded Intrans Inc, a non-profit organization that transports low income children to school and extra curriculum activities.

Mrs. Pollard is involved in politics. She serves as Precinct Delegate to the 13th Congressional District, and has worked on various local, state and national campaigns over the years.

Mrs. Pollard serves as a Event Coordinator in the Aspire Mentoring Academy and is an active member with the Women of AT&T and Community Network.

Mrs. Pollard is a devoted wife to Gary S. Pollard; they have 6 children.  She draws her spiritual strength through her faith as a Christian and worships at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church.
