The HIGH program would like to thank the Detroit Red Wings and the Michgan First Credit Union for their generous donation of $3,025 during the Wayne State night at the Little Caesar's Arena on November 1, 2018. A portion of the ticket sales were donated to support the HIGH program's effort to ensure that no student abandons their dream of earning a college degree at Wayne State solely because of housing or financial challenges. Pearlanne Pollard and Leslie Wilson were on hand to receive the check and a signed jersey from #39 Anthony Mantha. The night was a huge success the Red Wings celebrated a win over the New Jersey Devils! We look forward to working with the Red Wings in the future.
