Phi Alpha National Honor Society partners with WSU HIGH Program

Phi Alpha National Honor Society of Social Workers has recently partnered with the Wayne State University HIGH Program by donating gift cards to fellow students in need. Open to all BSW's and MSW's that qualify and apply for membership, this campus organization focuses on scholastic achievement and community involvement. The Phi Alpha Honor Society strives to create a closer bond among students of the school of social work and promote humanitarian goals and ideas.

The gift of their generous donation helps the Helping Individuals Go Higher Program provide a university support system to less fortunate students seeking help with housing, tuition, childcare assistance, food, and clothing. The HIGH Program believes that a student's financial situation should not determine whether or not a student can graduate from Wayne State. Thank you Phi Alpha National Honor Society for being the symbol of hope these students so desperately need!
