HIGH Program Receives Certificate of Appreciation from the Office of Diversity and Inclusion

The HIGH Program received a Certificate of Appreciation from the office of Diversity and Inclusion that acknowledged the program's nomination for the Champions of Diversity Award here at the University. 2019 marks the award's inaugural year and recognizes the work of students, faculty, and staff that supports the cause of creating an environment that is open and inclusive for all. Candidates who were nominated could demonstrate how they lived out the values of Wayne State: "We value all people and understand their unique experiences, talents, and perspectives make us a stronger organization and better people"

"Although you were not chosen to be a recipient of the award, we thank you for all the good work you do to help build an inclusive community at Wayne State University".
