Blumenstein Foundation Donates to the HIGH Program
The HIGH Program was very grateful for the very generous donation from the Harold and Penny B. Blumenstein Foundation. The Blumenstein Foundation, founded by Harold Blumenstein as well as his wife Penny, and has been operating out of Bingham Farms, Michigan, as a charitable organization since 1987. A graduate of Wayne State University himself, Harold has shown his passion for the midtown Detroit area and Wayne State's campus, and has given back to the community numerous times through his foundation.
The HIGH Program is incredibly honored to be a recent recipient of the Blumenstein foundation's generosity. The WSU HIGH (Helping Individuals Go Higher) Program is unique in that our mission directly caters to helping young people better their lives by obtaining a degree from the university.
