SEVA, Popular Vegan Restaurant in Detroit, Donates to HIGH Students

May 31, 2017

SEVA is located at 66 E. Forest Avenue, between Woodward and John R, near Warren Avenue.  They serve a wide range of delicious vegan and gluten-free food items. SEVA has recently donated gift certificates to offer help to the students in need through the HIGH (Helping Individuals Go Higher) Program.

The HIGH Program was implemented by the First lady of Wayne State, Mrs. Jacqueline Wilson, in 2013. This program has helped over 175 students overcome hard times and continue with the dreams of fulfilling their degrees at Wayne State University.  HIGH Program has provided what every student deserves, regardless of their financial situation: the opportunity to learn, hot meals, shelter, and protection from harm. The HIGH Program would like to thank SEVA for helping  make our mission of ending student homelessness a reality.

With delicious, healthy food, awesome atmosphere, and great staff, SEVA is a great place to have a meal any time of day. For more information about our local vegan restaurant SEVA, visit their website http://www.sevarestaurant.com/detroit/.
